We process every transaction through Shopify Payments, one of the most widely trusted payment systems in e-commerce. At checkout, you can pay using:

Express checkout options let you skip manual card entry entirely. If you already have a Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay account saved on your device, you can complete an order in a couple of taps. Apple Pay appears automatically at checkout when you're using Safari on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

  • PCI DSS–compliant infrastructure, maintained by Shopify Payments, handles the transaction itself
  • We never see, store, or have access to your full card number on our own servers

Your card details are sent directly to a certified payment processor and never pass through our own systems.

💵 Currency

All prices on Essential Selects are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own currency conversion rate and fees — this is set by your bank, not by us.

⏱️ When You're Charged

Your payment method is charged at the moment your order is placed, not when it ships. This confirms your order and reserves your items for processing.

📧 Order Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out to us.

⚠️ If Your Payment Doesn't Go Through

A declined payment usually comes down to one of a few things. Before trying again, it's worth checking:

  1. That your card number, expiration date, and CVV were entered correctly
  2. That your billing address matches the one on file with your bank
  3. That your card is enabled for online or international transactions
  4. Whether a different payment method, like PayPal or Shop Pay, works instead

If the issue continues after that, email us — we're glad to help you figure out what's going on.

🔁 Refunds
